In the beginning we offer 3 types:
* EXCELLENT - TOKAJI ASZÚ
NATURALLY SWEET
A special jam with the unique and traditional flavours of a Tokaji Aszú 5 butts. This premium product with high culinary quality is mainly recommended for gourmets and lovers of the only available in Hungary Tokaji Aszú white dessert wine.
Ingredients: Tokaji Aszú wine, fruit pectin.
* Tokaji Granduo
TOKAJI TRUMP CARDS: FURMINT AND HARSLEVELU
Gelled specialty food made from traditional Tokaj-Hegyalja wine.
The blend of Tokaji Harslevelu and Tokaji Furmint serving as ingredients of the jam imparts a distinctive taste, which is typical of this wine region.
Main notes of aroma and taste of Harslevelu: lime blossom, linden honey, cloves, chestnuts.
Main notes of aroma and taste of Furmint: quince, fresh and dried apricots, peaches, cloves.
Ingredients: Tokaji Harslevelu and Furmint wine, spices (cinnamon, cloves), sugar, fruit pectin.
* Egri Bikaver (Bull's Blood) SUPERIOR RED WINE
Currently, Egri Bikavér wine is typically the blend in varying proportions of wines from Hungarian varieties such as Bluefrankish, Portugieser, Kadarka and foreign varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and more recently, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
This wine has characteristic maturation and fresh fruit notes, and its complexity is also illustrated by the fact that no single grape variety is allowed to dominate the character of the wine.
Quality wine of protected designation of origin, its production is regulated and controlled, the name may not be used by producers outside the Eger wine region.
This gelled specialty food made from this Egri Bikavér wine.
Due to its distinct balance of flavours, this wine jelly containing dried fruits is recommended for special game dishes, Camembert and Brie cheeses, roast beef or as a marinade for these.
Ingredients: Bikaver wine, dried fruits, sugar, fruit pectin.
Storage: recommended temperature for consumption is between +8 and +12 degrees.
Shelf life: at room temperature best before 18 months from production date.
Packaging details: Each type is available in 150 g or 280 g jars. For HoReCa we can supply the jams in 40 ml jars too.
Logistic details: the products could be ordered in 12 pcs. or 24 pcs. cartons.
