EGRI CSILLAG / STAR OF EGER
It's a quality dry white wine, had been born from the blend of the native grape types. Had been compilled from Welschriesling, Leanyka, Pinot Gries and Chardonnay, fermented in oak barrel, matured about 9 months. Carries the characteristics of the components, complemented by the nutty, smoky nature of the aged in new barrel wines.
This wine won Gold Medal at the Les Citadelles du Vin.
Recommended consumption on holidays, chilled at 14-16 Celsius, with fish or pasta dishes.
