EGRI KADARKA
It's a spicy and fruity special Hungarian wine.
In the 18th and 19th centuries most of Eger was planted with Kadarka; today the grape is rare, with few winemakers working with this valuable, ancient varietal.
This is a light yet delicate character of wine with lively acids balanced structure, fruity (raspberry, berry) finish.
Goes well with many Hungarian dishes, like fish soup, paprikash, stew, as well with lamb, veal, sausages or pasta. Recommended drinking temperature: 17-18°C.
